The products of the SELITAC series are made of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS). They deliver excellent sound impact insulation performance and are particularly stable under pressure. Thanks to these properties, the XPS insulation under-layer is suitable for heavily-used rooms and for rooms with high surface loading.

The 2 in 1 combination products of the series SELITFLEX offer an insulating underlay and a moisture barrier in one product. Thanks to that they are ideal for new buildings, basements and as a compensating material. SELITFLEX offers excellent sound impact insulation performance and high stability under pressure. 

The standard products of the TRITTEX series are best-suited for less frequented areas. They are made of closed-cell soft polyethylene foam and have sufficient sound impact insulation performance at a low price.

For environmentally-conscious renovation, install insulating materials from the ÖKOLIT series. All underlayers are fully recyclable and are based on natural raw materials, or are largely from recycled plastic. The products of the ÖKOLIT series are particularly recommended when laying laminate flooring on wooden sub-flooring.

The products of the SELIT PRO series cover the professional field of parquet and laminate bases. Thanks to the excellent sound impact insulation performance of three different acoustic mats, the products improve acoustic properties by up to 50% and optimise room acoustics. SELIT PRO offers an extremely high-pressure resistance and is ideal for floor heating.

For professional installation of the SELIT sound impact insulation flooring you will need adequate supplemental products. Generally, on mineral undercoats, a vapour barrier with an sd-value> 100 m is mandatory. The aluminium sealing tape is for absorbing shocks of your insulating materials, as well as for sealing the area of wall connection against vapour.
