More than just products

Product design
The corresponding product design is also part of a qualitatively high-value product. Product information leaflets and the packaging type are carefully coordinated within the modules. The product advantages and the characteristics of each individual product are emphasised in extremely clear fashion. In addition to the technical data, instructions for installation are included on every product information leaflet.

For international marketing, each product information leaflet includes 20 other languages in addition to German. For the premium products of the SELITAC- und SELITFLEX series, there is an additional Northern European version. In this case, the main language is English.

Colour guide system
In order to maintain an overview for the large selection of laminate flooring, we have organised the product range “noise-impact insulating materials” by means of a colour guide system. The products within a product group all contain information in the same colour and the same product name. The differentiation between the individual products within a product group takes place simply through the typeface of the product names. This delimitation makes it easier for the customer to keep an overview and to evaluate the different insulating materials in a precise manner.

Sales support
The variety of products on offer often makes it difficult for customers to recognise the differences between in individual products and, in the final analysis, to obtain the product best suited to their individual needs. Sales displays, which can be placed on the modular shelving, can substantially facilitate making a selection here. Offers range from crowners on top of the shelves, which initially guide the customers to the shelf, all the way through to shelf wobblers, which contain a detailed description of the goods on offer.

Furthermore, brochures for the final customers are a component of every module. This combines the information from the shelf wobblers together with advice about installation. Often, especially when it comes to noise-impact insulating materials, a table of sample completes the sales support range.
In terms of design, all sales supports are adapted to the product information leaflets, so that a shelf in a do-it-yourself store presents a harmonious whole.

Service portal
In order to provide do-it-yourselfers with help and advice even after the stores close, we have set up an extensive Internet service portal for the area of noise-impact insulating materials. Do-it-yourselfers can obtain extensive information here about product characteristics even before their purchase or to clear up remaining questions afterwards. The handling instructions, which can be printed out, assist in later installation.

But the service portal doesn’t only offer an informative medium to do-it-yourselfers. The portal also provides freely-accessible information for employees of do-it-yourself stores, which can provide decisive sales arguments.
